Yeah I heard from many that it is the Magic 3 with the clip. But why do you say is beta?
And what is the problem with the Magic 3 right now? Anyways I guess I could probably return it once I get it but I most likely will not get all my money back. Most likely some restocking fee will be charged. Oh yeah you said your modchip patches a pal game? so it patches it so it is playable on a NTSC TV? No need to get a PAL-2-NTSC patch for Pal games?
