I'm not aware of a size limit.....
I burned the disc with only the files required and 1 rom.... I did this just to test with because I burned the same files twice with 2 different programs to see if it would work..... NOTE: I didn't use NERO for either one, like the instructions say... I used RecordNow Max on the first one and Easy CD Cremator (LOL) on the second one and they both booted perfectly on BOTH of my Messiah & Messiah 2 chipped PS2's...... Messiah team......Got to LOVE THEM!!!!!!!
