I suggest the same thing, If you are not experience in soldering don't try it. I use to solder circuit boards for audio components and I can tell you from experience that it does not take much to fry a circuit board. If you must do it yourself then I suggest you buy the clip that they are selling now to go with the magic3 chip so you don't have to solder the hard points, but you will still have to do some soldering for a few points, so for the extra price you will have to pay for the clip just pay some more and have it done profesionaly without worries. By the way if you are buying a chip to put it yourself then you will need to find out what is included on the package from whoever you buy it from. you will need 23 wires and soldering equipment.
