I've got the same problem too...
I tried it with Echelon's Rom-Loader Pack (without roms), and with the BIN-files, contained at the "full" ISO (within roms), binhacked and not binhacked...
Either the Dreamcast reboots by loading roms, or the rom-browser doesn't show any file. Could you send a tutorial, how to hack these bins? Or the changed bins (@ LBA 11702) ;-) Pleeeaaassse!!!!! I already killed 18 CDRs  (
