if your psx is not booting original games then the chip is not installed right!!
if the disk u r trying to copy is scratched then u will get funny errors! verbatim dark blue bottomed disks are the best for psx games but can be pricey,i use light blue bottomed cream top disks which cost me £12 for 100 and i have never had any problems with them!!
