No need for wild accusations, buddy. GCW works with mirrors donated by various people. This means you can download those cracks for free, but don't be surprised if some links don't work anymore. There are mirrors where ALL links to files older than two months stop working.
Try every mirror available, in 95% of cases there is usually one where the crack is still present. Files older than two months are missing from a lot of mirrors, but to my experience there's always one mirror who has it.
As for bf1942, this is a bit of a bother for multiplayer cracks. On connection, a crc check of the executable is made and if it doesn't check out you get disconnected. Try the loader you find here :
