firstly get dvd smart ripper (www.download.com) then u can rip proper dvd's to *.vob files onto your harddisk, Then you need FlasK Mpeg (Available Here + There) 2 Convert the files into mpeg files.
Then finally get nero (anywhere) which can burn mpeg files into v-cd format

wheew! got all that?
