DVD TO VCD
 

i need some help. im new to all this dvd - vcd and i need to know what software i need and how to do it. any help kindly accepted

firstly get dvd smart ripper (www.download.com) then u can rip proper dvd's to *.vob files onto your harddisk, Then you need FlasK Mpeg (Available Here + There) 2 Convert the files into mpeg files.
Then finally get nero (anywhere) which can burn mpeg files into v-cd format
