Newbie at backing up
Hello, I really need to backup one of my PS2 games, mainly cuz its getting really scratched up. andywhoo, i have no clue whatsoever on how to do this...I how i can copy PS2 games using a regular CD-R (my friend did it) but what do i do?

What game is it you want to back up? Is it CD based or DVD based? What type of mod chip do you have?

Try ripping the game. Although It's better to get a DVD-R drive..It doesn't cost much nowadays..
DVD to CD-R..Most of time it's waste of time ripping DVD to Cd-R's.. B/C DVD rips has endings and specials cut out or somecases it has to split into 1-4 CD-R's..Waste of time.
