Newbie at backing up
 

Hello, I really need to backup one of my PS2 games, mainly cuz its getting really scratched up. andywhoo, i have no clue whatsoever on how to do this...I how i can copy PS2 games using a regular CD-R (my friend did it) but what do i do?

What game is it you want to back up? Is it CD based or DVD based? What type of mod chip do you have?:confused:

1) Grand Theft Auto 3
2) DVD-Rom
3) and i use my gameshark to play the backups

Try ripping the game. Although It's better to get a DVD-R drive..It doesn't cost much nowadays..
DVD to CD-R..Most of time it's waste of time ripping DVD to Cd-R's..
B/C DVD rips has endings and specials cut out or somecases it has to split into 1-4 CD-R's..Waste of time.
