Delete one of this tow files (drive:\gta 3-dir-\audio\sfx.RAW or sfx.SDT)
and game will open without assking you for needing cd2 don't thank me Because... Because... Because... Because... Because... you will not able to hear any thing...  the game will not able to recogniz your sound device..try it
