using a stomper is a bad idea those stickers u get with it are quite heavy and will certainly un-ballance a cd/dvd that is spinning fast.
I draw up a circle in photoshop (11.7cm I think) add my graphics ect and then print on a very lightwight paper, I then cut it out and spray the back lightly with a contact adhesive, laying the circle over the disc by hand a smoothing out all the air bubbles, cut the center with a scalpel and bobs your uncle, I have had no problems so far. because the contact spray is light you can remore it after anyway if u do have any problems. alternative sollution: http://www.casio.co.jp/EZ-USB/product/cd-r/cw-50/# heheh!
