Calm down AO3, I know you dont know me with this username but I have answered many of your questions in another forum. I know what I am talking about. I only point out the details because if a newbie comes into these forums they can be misleaded into believing what is written down.

No CloneCd does not make a perfect 1:1 copy but it comes really close. The files it does not copy are in a way, a form of protection.


Also to answer Breezy's question: I dont know of any place to find a list of protected games. But if you come across a game that seems to give you problems, post your problems here and see if other people have the same troubles.
