witch chip to get?

ok i'm getting my ps2 here in a few weeks, and decided to decide witch chip to get. i herd the neo 4 is bad fer your cd lazer so it's out.
i here that the missia2 is comming out soon. i was told thats the chip to get. i hate swapping disks. i have just redone my dc needs boot disk games to selfboot games the only prob with the missia2 chip is the price. $80 to $100. man that's half the price of the system it self. i have concidered a no soder chips, but to many down fals. i'd concider a chip that needs to do a swap, but i don't want it to hurt my system. please tell me where i can get the chip/s you recomen. thanks guys and gales.
