There are three cables going from your CD-Rom elsewhere.
1. The IDE cable - thats where the actual data goes through 2. power cable - as the name says 3. CD-Audio cable - its the smallest one. It is used to pass CD-Audio to the Soundcard. Meaby its not plugged in correctly. How did you manage to read Codename: Outbreak to your HD and then burn a working copy? What settings did you use, what writer do you have? Ive heard it is impossible to copy it 1:1. Does the game work when you install from backup?
