Messiah Solutions
I have been out of the scene for a little while, and just got interested in buying a modchip again.
Sooo, it seems that the Messiah is THE chip to buy, but I would like to know it is for PAL PS2s only? I have a version 4 NTSC PS2. If the messiah IS for PAL PS2s only, what other choices do I have? I am not too interested in getting a scart.
