Yea migrate to Canada. You can grab a ticket in Control Panel...Regional Settings.
Then when reading to an image file tick Fast Error Skip. When writing tick Amplify Weak Sectors (this doesn't help all writers). If it doesn't help your writer then download a fixed exe from either: www.gamecopyworld.com www.megagames.com http://gamefix.dxs.to/
