OK, you can stop holding yer breath!
Fairlight managed to crack it! I mailed the EXE + NFO to GCW! Just wait for it to get posted there! You can thank a nice guy called Manse for pointing out where I could get it  You just need to install the English 1.0.6.4 to 1.0.7.0 Patch first and you're ready to ROCK! I did a fresh install of Arcanum, FULL install, applied the patch + Fixed EXE and I'm happy to say it loaded! It also works as a No CD as it never asked me to insert one  DrA.
