Nothing in 19th update, again! I'm really worrided, here. Has everyone else lost hope, too? Can't anyone break this customized Securom protection? This is getting ridiculous...

This is downright disheartening...to see an annoying company such as Sierra release one of the first uncrackable protections. This situation is also a violation of the user agreement, as it states plain as day that the end user is entitled to one backup. It's needless to say that Sierra is interfering with my right to have a working backup and as a result legal action could theoretically be taken. To make matters worse this "new" Securom scheme renders the game unreadable in some DVD/CD drives...including mine. I need the crack in order to play a game that I purchased with my own money. Brilliant move,Sierra...dumbasses. Oh yeah, Playbackup or Unsecurom will not work for me...I have no idea why, as I have had ZERO problems with the 2 programs in the past.

What can I tell you... I can't belive this too. I know a guy that could uhmm, crack it... but he says that before he could be done (day or two, lazy bastard!) some other group will relase it. I guess we all have to wait...patiently... ... ... Arghhhhhhhhh!!!

The only thing left for us, poor, mortal, souls have to be keeping this topic on top, so that some looser, hacker decideds to try to prove himself at this....

Well, if they successfully crack the damn thing, they would definitely not be loosers in my book, but BIG winners.

Very Frustrated here:

I had to resort to not applying the latest patch in order to keep playing but now I left the damn prison island without getting the "special" glasses needed ... For some reason the boat captain will not take me back so I can kill/pick pocket the guy who has them on the island so I am in limbo until a new hacked exe is released...

HELP to any hacker for the cracked latest exe... Much Appreciation...

I gather the special glasses you need are the ones to show you how to get into the Dwaven mine.

You can get a pair of them in Ashbury. Go to the elvish #####r and you will see a story just above him that sells glasses. Talk to the merchant in there and he will make you a pair as long as you give him a kathorn crystal.

Ok, so it's confirmed now that Arcanum 1.0.7.0 uses new version of secuROM protection. It's really worrying that no fix is relased yet. I guess Sony has made things more complicated now. This keeps things more interesting, at least.
