You seriously need a file manager. I recommend FAR Manager. Make sure you check out its plugins, configuration options, hotkeys and macro capabilities (Ctrl-.). Once you get used to it, you won't understand how you could use Explorer and its extensions and, in general, using the mouse without laughing at their clumsiness.
