"-mmt=3 is the nimber of threads to use so if you have 12 threads Just put 11 but don't put 12 'cause xz will make heavy usage d300m is the dictionary size i think you should read about it first BTW the more dictionary the more your file will be smaller" do mention that more threads affect final output.
