Also go take a look at peter's The Witcher2 Inno script.. download it and see how thing are laid out. See where the subfolders are, whats in them, how the script is laid out. You can actually use that as a starting point for every conversion you want to do. You just change images, reg entries etc., for any new game you want to convert. And using InnoIDE is a good starting point, but using a working script is even better. Nothing wrong with it being your first conversion.
