To remove the CD nag towards the installer end:

Copy the setup.inx from CD1 to this program and run it.

Hex edit the output 'setup.inx.dec':
2100
1D01 (EnterDisk) --> E000 (FeatureIsItemSelected)
0200
0497FF
0609

Rename 'setup.inx.dec' --> 'setup.inx'

Burn to disc.
Tested and working.
