Use poseden's mini-maxi image. Worked for me after updating the SPTD driver from Daemon Tools 4.08(included is 1.39, if I remember well). The latest stable SPTD is 1.40. I have SPTD 1.42 beta.Tested with the both drivers, the game started every time. For some people, I understand that you might need to give retry, if the game is giving the fail to initialize message.
