Anyone know of a fixed exe for UFO Afterlight?
Or how to make a fixed Exe....have tried but with no luck.
Or anyway to play the game without the original disc?

You have to wait a certain amount of time since a new game has been released or patch release before asking for one.

Use poseden's mini-maxi image. Worked for me after updating the SPTD driver from Daemon Tools 4.08(included is 1.39, if I remember well). The latest stable SPTD is 1.40. I have SPTD 1.42 beta.Tested with the both drivers, the game started every time. For some people, I understand that you might need to give retry, if the game is giving the fail to initialize message.
