Does it have any files on the DVD called data1.cab, data1.hdr, data2.cab and posssibly data3.cab, data4.cab or more etc?

If so it may be possible to split the CAB files across 2 DVD's by copying all the DVD to a temp folder, moving the highest numbered CAB files to another temp folder until you have CAB files that are less than 4.2GB, then burning contents both temp folders to 2 DVD+RW Re-Writable DVD's (use the same volume label as the original DVD for both DVD+RW's) and test the install, this way you don't make coasters if it doesn't work!

Or did you mean Disc1 to ... to mean data1.cab?
