NFS Carbon crashs on running.

I m sorry but the BSOD is only 4 a few milisec & I tried but couldn't get what it was saying

Also...I searched for Ati....sys but that default search didn't find any file...where do U think I should look for it ???
And m a total noob with ATI GFX card & don't know any site where I can get new/old drivers & that atitech.com doesn't ve any drivers for my GFX card as it is a for notebook computers.
Even toshiba support site gave no result for Display Drivers for my notebook
