I tried it the hole day , found a dozen of guides like this and faked stupid crap like the "cracks". I run the Gothic3.exe about 1Million times. Banned my "bad software" moved my disks from a to z. Nothing works !!!!!!!!!!!!!

And where is the dir for the Savegames???? Its so important to start the game, yes?
