boot block virus

Hi again,
I downloaded the f-prot and installed it, checked it but it still does not show up the boot virus, i can reset the computer back to factory setting using the restart disk but it still says a virus is on the boot block, so far nothing ive tried can find it or remove it. Is there a boot block virus remover i can buy
