lol, My understanding is just the Blu-ray player will cost you about the same. The new DVD-HD players are about $500 as well. Man i'm telling you its getting crazy. There's no way i am paying $1000 for a burner NTM The cheapest Blu-ray media i have found is $20 a disc . The Blu-ray movie's only cost about $30 or less. If damaged it would be cheaper to just replace the movie than make a backup
