Installing Q'

I want to operate hitman bllod money in my computer , but to so i need to install the new direct x
the problem is that the windows wont allow me to do it !
it write that it doesnt have the signiture that is neccery for installing !

what can i do to change it ?
i tried other versions o the directx and still getting the same error

please help
