depends by your mobo or hardware configuration
(i think so !) - I made a Image of original DVD with alcohol 1.9.2.3823 i tryed in my PC with Starforcenigthmare disable ATA after i mount the image in alcohol or daemon tool and it work  my friend have the same PC but different mobo (asus with VIA) and for him , it doesen't work  my PC ASUS A7N8X-E deluxe (nForce2) Atlhon XP3000+ 1-HD SATA 80 GB Seagate 1-HD ATA 120 GB Maxtor Mast DVD Pioneer 111D lettore DVD LG ATI radeon 9600 pro 1 GB RAM (2x512)
