Just copy the files to the DVD like the guide (conversion) says but include the latest updates, that way you wont need a NoCD as the latest updates removes the CD Check. So you dont have to worry about the safedisc protection.
Once you have the converted DVD, just install then update, then play the game without the DVD or CD in the drive.
