Strange CD Protection, please help me figure it out..

Hey,

I got an audio cd someone else burned and when I insert the CD into my computer, Windows Media Player says one of the following:

Windows Media Player cannot play the CD
"Windows Media Player encountered an error when reading the CD drive in digital mode..

When I pull up the disc information in nero, it says the disc has 1 session, 18 tracks, and that Session 1 is 1,282,816 MB large!

The CD plays fine in a normal cd player however, but not in the computer at all. ClonyXXL wasn't able to identify anything about the CD as far as I could tell...

What could this be?
