why... daemon tools 4 error...

i have post a question about a DT 4 error when installing but the admin think it was an wares or a crack thing

i dont manage to install Daemon Tools the Setup gives this error...

i think is because the Kernel debugger of windows... anyone knows where disable it or remove it?
