"cd Key Is Valid"

So after i got done beating single player i wanted to go online.... I updated my game i think it was (1.03 English version).... Then i went to create a new account and

[100] Bad CD Key

Popped up.
I bought the game sealed [ in store ]
Is someone else using my key?
