Just extract CD 1 to a temporary folder, and then copy all but autorun.inf from CD2 into the same folder. Add a folder with cracks and stuff if you want. It asks for Disc 1 at the end, but just click next and it will dissappear.
When burning, set the label to IC. I tried it with this label and it worked okay. Let me know if you can make it different.
