Sims 2 nocd patch question

Hi,

Can someone please explain to me what the difference is between:
*/Fixed Image #1
*/Fixed Image #2
*/Fixed Image #3
etc.

I realise that the Nightlife is obviously for Nightlife expansion and University for University expansion but my main query is the last part of the filename as shown above.
