Jeffma Shooting Pack

Basically, I would like to change the 50 Hz games in the Jeffma Shooting Pack to 60 Hz. The 50->60 Hz change isn't the problem, I got the 1st_read.bin's already. The problem is I don't know how to repackage/burn the files. I tried a couple of times already, but I probably did it all wrong, so instead of wasting some more CD-R's, I thought of asking you guys.
