Jannick is on a distinguished road
I'm still trying to disable the autoplay on the mounted cd but its not that simple, it seems.

I found serveral links on the net but most of them refer to regsetting like NoDriveTypeAutoRun but you have to reboot. I don't want to reboot

Is there anyone how has a COMMANDLINE program (or program WITHOUT GUI) that will do the trick?
I know its possible cause Tweak UI can do it, Alcohol can do this but only if you mount from within alcohol not explorer and offcourse for al the xp pro users; gpedit.msc (all without rebooting). I tried to automate the gpedit-method with registry.pol + gpupdate.exe but that **** doesn't seem to work.......

So i'm looking for a program WITHOUT interface (eg commandline) that lets me enable/disable the autoplay/autorun (and this for win2000, xp home and pro (i know, i'm asking alot))

Any help would be appreciated,
Jannick
