OK did you rename the GCW image to the same volume name as your installed version?
Run Anti-Blax(use the patched exe I posted), right click on the tray icon and at the top you'll see 'Run game'. MotoGP3 should be showing as this is the game you entered in the screen shot I posted...yes!!. The 'MotoGP URT 3 Launcher' should pop up, now click on 'Run Game'. BTW I mounted the GCW image in an Alcohol virtual CD/DVD drive. Additional: I have both my DVD burner and CD burner in external USB 2 caddies. This won't really help this situation, just thought I'd mention it.
