Are you asking if dumping a backup disc to a BIN via CDRWin would allow BIN2BOOT to create a bootable CDI image?
If so, it should. If you're asking can you use CDRWIN to make a bootable "BIN" image, I don't think so... If you've already got the BIN file from the release package, you can convert that using BIN2BOOT and it should work too. Understand this though, you must burn the resulting .CDI file using Disc Juggler.
