A Good Advice.
You don't need to have any PS2 expert to install a modchip.
What you need is someone that knows how to solder well. I'm sure that there are many people around you that work in places where people do alot of soldering and i'm sure that such people would be able to do the modchip installation if you give them the schematics. I did the same thing and the woman that did my soldering didn't even know what she was doing, all she knew was that she got a large board and a small board and that she soldered some contacts from the small board to places on the large board.
