Editing the Exe in a hex editor won't work because the dll file name get screwed up somehow. Then again, I'm no fancy programmer so I might just lack the knowledge on how to bypass such side effects.
Blasted thing...I really hope a Win98 version comes out soon... And the most frustrating fact is that I HAVE the ORIGINAL LICENSED GAME, installed it without problems, applied the patch without problems but then my computer or the game ort whatever, refuses to recognise the CD somehow. Rats, this makes me wanna badmouth myself to insanity. |
