San Andreas Crashes Everytime. Possible NOCD Problem

I purchased the original dvd (preordered it infact). I live in India, so it took me a lot of time to get here from the UK. Its 3 days since I've installed the game, & Now i cant seem to find where the dvd is. So i headed over to your website and downloaded the NoCd crack.

The game starts fine and is cool untill the intro upto the part where it says
"Francis International Airport, Liberty City 1992"
Then, theres a black screen & the Game Crashes.

I need help fixing this. I couldn't possibly wait another month to get a new dvd from UK. San Andreas will probably release in 2007 in my country
