The Sims 2 v1.0 [MULTI] No-DVD/Fixed EXE

First of all, SORRY for making this thred :P

Ok,
I downloaded this file in Gamecopyworld but it's not working
I have the Universal CD version of the game.

When I try to run the game this error appears: "Please insert the correct DVD-Rom, select OK an restart the application"

I was wondering is there a different patch for the CD version of the game?

In the download area it clearly says: "Note: This executable works 100% on the international CD or DVD version of the game, it does NOT work with the US version! More info HERE!", so i gues im doing something wrong.

How am I supose to patch the game?

_____Sorry for my bad english____
