How 2 make Constantine work?

Hi does anybody know if u can run Constantine without a nocd/dvd,i cant burn dvds so i am trying to mount the constantine dvd in a virtual drive( Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120%) however i keep geting the message on runing the game "Emulator Detected". Does anyone have any ideas on solving this problem or can u tell me where to download the nodvd from.
