Hi CHRISPT,
If you have problems with the game, running from the original CD, you should contact the game manufacturer/publisher, refer to the official game support forum and/or search around on the Net. If I'm not mistaken, FF7 is a pretty old game so, yes, it might have minor to major problems with operating systems that didn't exist when it was released... Some game publishers release Windows XP fixes for their games, some don't; in the latter case, there might be a third-party fix it. You might also want to try a few sites dealing with old games (so called "abandonware" sites). Good luck, Joe
