Update the platinum edition, and you see the version number in the top left corner when you hit the launcher.
The latest version if you got Neverwinter, + both expantions, is 1.65, the latest downloadable by the update is 1.64. note 1.65 can be downloaded from biowares homepage and contains only the .exe file, you need the restore 1.64 .exe file to update for comming version! There both cracks avible for 1.64 and 1.65 version at GameCopyWorld!
