well, you have to flash the right sized bios. If it is not the right size, it probably won't flash.
I would also recommend using the x2_4981 bios. Unless you have a 1.6 xbox, you don't have to worry about bios versions for xbox's. Forget config 4 and do a config 2 with a 1mb bios. Lessen the possibilty of the wrong switched being flicked. Have every switch off but the first one. Finally,make sure to do a step 8 and see if you get that message. If you do, it means that the bios are not on the chip.
